Flinkman will continue in his role as CEO until November or until a new CEO has been appointed. Raisio’s Board of Directors has immediately initiated the process to appoint a new CEO. The transition does not change our strategic direction.
We have joined the Saaristomerikumppanit (Partners of the Archipelago Sea) initiative coordinated by the John Nurminen Foundation. The initiative brings together companies from the food industry, retail and agriculture to reduce the impact of farming on water bodies in the Archipelago Sea catchment area. It supports the goals of our sustainability programme by advancing sustainable farming, biodiversity and the well-being of the Baltic Sea.
