The topic ‘colleagues’ always receives the best ratings in our personnel survey! In addition to new personnel, many of our staff have been happily employed at Raisio for a long time – it isn’t rare for someone to have stayed with us for 40 years.
Altogether 90% of Raisio employees hold a vocational or academic degree. The highest proportion of our employees have received their training in the fields of business, technology and mathematics-natural sciences.
One fifth of the Raisio personnel work in production, while the rest are employed in product development, marketing, sales and finance, among other areas.
Although our headquarters remain located among the fields of Southwest Finland, our employees can be found working in eight different countries. Approximately one fifth of Raisio employees work outside of Finland in other European countries
