In this role as Digital Marketing Specialist, your key responsibility is to oversee the digital and social media strategy in order to achieve brand, commercial and customer objectives. You will handle all aspects of digital marketing, including e-mail marketing, paid search and social media. To maintain focus and drive results you create procedures and relevant reports for the planning, execution, optimisation and distribution of Benecol’s content, with a strong focus on KPI and ROI.  You possess a ‘can do’ attitude and have a strong interest in current online marketing concepts and best practices.

You enjoy creating compelling content that is consistent with Benecol’s brand and tone of voice. Using analytics for data-driven decisions comes naturally to you and you strive to improve the usability, design, content and conversion of Benecol’s global websites. You are comfortable with working in matrix – whilst representing corporate’s central marketing, you provide ongoing support to the Benecol-countries to execute global strategy locally. You report to Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager and are a valued member of the Benecol marketing & sales global community.

Ideally, you will have at least two years’ experience of managing Social Media and digital marketing, either for a standalone business or at an agency. You live and breathe Google Analytics and are ahead of the curve with the best practice in the digital arena. You bring good project management, planning and organisation skills. Attention to detail and orientation to results, plus the ability to work both independently and as part of a team complete your profile. Needless to say, we expect you to be enthusiastic about human well-being, nutrition and food.
